RRCA 5th Grade Cheer Squad

Gosh - I hardly find the time to update this page. I've got millions, no really, millions of pictures but no way can I post them all. Summer ended, school started and, as usual, busy...busy...busy. Between work, school, cheerleading, volleyball and dance, you can only imagine what my calendar looks like. It's a frightening sight. Mark and I ended the summer in Galveston, well before Hurricane Ike landed. I'm sure it now looks nothing like what we remember. Mark is back on the Marianas and it's on the way to Mississippi for repairs. It took quite a pounding from the last storm. He's enjoying being a "boss man", but must be constantly reminded, at home, that he's only a "boss man" at work! Aria and I greet each morning knowing there is something on the calendar to keep us moving. 5th grade is proving to be quite a challenge; our cheerleaders are looking awesome thanks to Coach Brandy and the RRCA varsity squad; our 2nd volleyball game is on Monday; and, after 2 dance classes (street jazz), Aria is loving it. Her teacher is part of a troop that travels around and teaches hip-hop and street jazz. He is from Los Angeles and definitely looks the part. Talen loves his new school and new teachers, as both are males. He has a new neighborhood friend he plays with on a daily basis. Hannah is now going to Round Rock Christian Academy, with Aria, is in the 8th grade and meeting lots of new friends. Dixie is recovering from her heart attack and doing well. Mom, Monica and Laurie are all doing fine and keep plugging along. I'm sooooooooo ready for Fall! Please, north wind, come my way....
