Retraction....the ER doctor called us today, and after further reviewing her xrays, from Saturday, the radiologist determined that there is a small buckle radius fracture. So, it being after office hours, we drove back to the ER, in the rain, so they could put a temporary cast on, until we can get an appointment with the orthopedic doctor to determine severity. I'm leaning towards a somewhat mild verdict, as she has used the arm, and from the shape of her bone, looks as though she may have been born with the almost undetectable curvature of the bone. The hairline did show up, very faintly in the xray. In the interim, I was panicked, not knowing if it was something they'd need to correct, or set. Fortunately, all of my anxiety was not necessary. They put the temporary cast on and sent us on our way.
